HUAWEI ME909J Mini PCI Express 4G LTE Module

Huawei ME909J Mini PCI Express is a LTE module with a 145-pin LGA form factor mounted on a Mini PCI Express board, supporting LTE FDD, dual-band DC-HSPA+ and CDMA/EVDO for Japanese network coverage.

This module is part of Huawei's new family of modules, including MU509 (HSDPA), MU609 (HSPA+) and ME909 (LTE) which are all pin-to-pin compatible to enable a clear and easy path for future integration. This makes the integration of any one of these modules very future-proof.

With their ultra-compact design and extended operating temperature range, ME909 and it's siblings are the perfect platform for any M2M application.
